About Charlotte

I have firsthand experience with the transformation that can happen in therapy.

From a young age, I was passionate about helping others; this led me to a wide range of professional experiences including working with older adults in long term care, folks in hospice, holocaust survivors, adults with mental health challenges, and children and families in a community mental health setting. These 10+ years of experiences helped me understand the complexity and diversity of being human, our suffering, and how we heal.

In my late 20’s, I was called to an extended period of deep personal healing, including therapy, meditation retreats, plant medicine, yoga, and other therapeutic modalities. I continue to work with a variety of processes in my own life, and these experiences have attuned me to the importance of a holistic and experiential approach to healing and recovery.

This experience of turning inward and looking at my own pain has directly informed my ability to hold space for those I work with.

It has also given me confidence that healing is truly possible.

I am passionate about helping people gradually and gently move towards what hurts. Together we will peel back the layers of suffering and unhelpful patterns and come home to who you truly are.

 Therapeutic Approach

Experiential

Rather than only talking, I will guide you through healing experiences that allow your pain to be witnessed and transformed.

Collaborative

You know yourself best. Your preferences, needs, and sense of what will be best for your healing process is important to me.

Relational

We heal in relationship. My top priority is our connection, and creating a space that feels safe enough for you to explore all parts of yourself.
