Come Home to Yourself

There comes a time when the status quo is too painful. Perhaps there is a small part of you that believes transformation is possible; a part of you that deeply wishes to live with authenticity and fulfillment. If you are tired of band-aid solutions to longstanding suffering, I may be your gal.

Specializations

I specialize in providing therapy for trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, and grief. I am experienced in art therapy, mindfulness, EMDR and somatic practices to support your holistic well-being.

Trauma PTSD Recovery

I work with individuals who have experienced childhood trauma, sexual trauma, car accidents, and more.

Anxiety and Depression

I can help you understand the root of your symptoms and learn ways to regulate the nervous system so you are better able to manage the ups and downs of life.

Grief Support

Whether you have lost someone through death or through a breakup or life transition, it can be helpful to have support to manage overwhelming grief.

Art Therapy

Sometimes talking isn't enough. Art therapy can be a great tool for exploring and expressing emotions in a way that words can't reach.

Mindfulness

I help you develop mindfulness skills so you can better identify your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours when they arise and respond in a more helpful way.

Somatic Therapy

Emotion and trauma is experienced in the body, and somatic approaches can help you heal in a way that just talking cannot.

Why Inner Light?

I believe that we all have a light within us; an inherent radiance, warmth, and ability to love and receive love.

Trauma, difficult life experiences, attachment wounds, society, and systems of oppression can suppress this light - cover it with suffering and confusion. But I don’t think it ever truly goes away.

My intention is to see and help cultivate this light in everyone I work with.
